Symetrica is a successful organisation delivering solutions to real-world problems, but aims to become truly market-driven, establishing products in advance of need. This KTP will deliver the strategic and cultural shift required to enable the business to create a more balanced portfolio of both relationships and products resulting in sustainable business growth.

Candidates will require an MSc/MA/MBA in marketing/business/research methods/social sciences, or a related discipline. A recently obtained Doctorate or equivalent in marketing, business studies, organisational psychology, or any other relevant field is desirable.
