Throughout the 16-month project, you will conduct primary and secondary research to engage with tenants, Together Housing Group colleagues, and other relevant organisations in the social housing sector. This will underpin the design and development of an effective model, toolkit and communication strategy to increase the uptake of decarbonising retrofit measures across a wide range of groups. You will be responsible for project and change management, driving innovation and impact across not only Together Housing Group, but the wider sector.

You will lead the project as part of the nationally acclaimed KTP scheme (https://ktp-uk.org/), and will be upskilled via a personal development package to deliver this project using best practice in project management. KTP schemes are an invaluable way for talented graduates to fast-track their career development in their chosen sector, and establish their position as the industry leaders of tomorrow.

Project description

The aim of the project is to create a model and toolkit for ensuring smooth acceptance and
adoption, by consumers, end-users and residents, of decarbonising retrofit measures in social
housing. The successful applicant will engage with internal and external stakeholders (including
senior managers, tenants, and other organisations within the sector), in order to lead and
implement strategic change. This will encompass a thorough programme of research and design to
implement a toolkit, and underpinning model, to increase uptake of decarbonising retrofit
measures.
