Job description

We are seeking a Psychometrician who will be responsible for the development and integration of cutting-edge psychometric tests into YSC’s executive assessment portfolio in order to provide objective advice on effective leadership talent strategy to their clients. You will be based at YSC Offices in London for this role.
You will have a PhD, or an equivalent post-graduate qualification and experience in psychometrics or psychology (particularly Industrial and Organisational Psychology) with a substantial statistics and measurement component. Relevant experience includes psychometric test development and evaluation using item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and Item Response Theory.

To be successful in this role you will have:
– A doctorate or equivalent post-graduate qualification or experience in psychometrics, or psychology (or an allied subject) with a substantial statistics and measurement component
– Experience of psychometric test development and evaluation using item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and Item Response Theory
– Proficiency in at least two data management and statistical packages, one being either R, Mplus, or SPSS.
