Job description

The project will focus on scaling-up a mobile learning platform leveraging AI through immersive technologies to transform the way in which people learn and are trained in their organizations.
We invite you to collaborate in this project. The app will be tested by tens of thousands of users in the UK and Latin America. The position will have the following main objectives through the 24-month project:
1. To create models of competencies for soft and hard skills development in organizations.
2. To create design guidelines of immersive technology experiences relying on a dialogic approach using AI tools like ChatGPT to increase educational benefit and user engagement.
3. To build an evaluation and certification strategy for users of the platform.
Essential qualities include:
 A master’s degree or PhD in education or a related social sciences and interest in the application of AI and immersive technologies in educational solutions.
 Knowledge and understanding in the application of pedagogical design and data modelling/analysis for educational purposes.
 At least 1 year working in the application of educational technology to develop hard or soft skills.
 Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form delivering presentations.
 Ability to propose and challenge ideas around the project objectives.
 Desire to apply academic knowledge into the design and development of educational experiences to develop soft and hard skills of corporate users.
 Ability to think in terms of real-life technical applications based on evidence-based methodologies.
 Strong desire to develop a career in the educational technology industry at a UK company aiming to construct a global reaching platform.
 Confidence to negotiate and challenge opinions from all parties to propose the best solutions for the project’s success.

Desirable qualities include:
 Experience in research on educational technology or other aspects of social research and/or technology.
 High level of curiosity, willingness to learn and apply in real-world set-ups and constraints.
 Excellent self-organization and time management capabilities.
 Experience working with remote/diverse/multicultural teams.
 English native speaker with command of Spanish at a working level.
