The University of Manchester in collaboration with Aston University and Beever and Struthers are looking to recruit an experienced digital transformation leader to undertake this 30-month project which has an overall aim of creating a digitally enabled business that is both client-driven whilst also improving employee interactions. The position will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to deliver digital transformation of current audit services covering people, processes and the underlying systems and technology.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate with the ability and confidence to manage a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project with Beever and Struthers, a firm of Chartered Accountants based in Manchester specialising in audit, tax, and financial planning.

Candidates will require a recently obtained minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a business-related area (e.g., accounting, information systems). Candidates with postgraduate degrees in relevant areas and/or previous research experience are desired.

This post is funded through a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) award, a UK Government scheme intended to promote sustained and mutually beneficial relationships between universities and industry.

Based at Beever and Struthers in Manchester, the successful candidate will work directly with supervisors from both the University of Manchester and Aston University plus Beever and Struthers and will use the facilities and resources of both organisations.
