An exciting opportunity has become available to work full time on a 19 month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to facilitate a strategic cultural and transformative change of the business management capabilities that will improve data-driven decision making, core market performance, new product/market innovation, and enable the exploitation of strategic supply chain and market expansion opportunities through marketing excellence, whilst maintaining integrity of high performing business functions.

Employed and supported by a team of academic experts from the University, this post will be based at Anderton Board and Packaging Ltd’s premises in Manchester.

To undertake a strategic cultural and transformative change of the business
management capabilities that will improve operational agility, core market
performance, and enable the exploitation of strategic supply chain and market
expansion opportunities, whilst maintaining integrity of high performing business
functions.
