Job description
To lead the KTP project, carrying out tasks as specified in the project workplan and/or as agreed by the Local Management Committee of the KTP, to include:
Manage and work with senior stakeholders and distributed teams in the field and in the office, building trust and communicating effectively.
Commitment to personal development throughout the project.
Project management skills, including managing evolving requirements, external factors, and risks.
Follow and regularly update the workplan to ensure milestones are achieved in a timely manner.
Ensuring knowledge transference throughout BPM via a range of informal demonstrations, more formal presentations, report and documentation.
Project description
The objective is to develop and implement a novel organisation-wide quality management system through distributed leadership development, customer relationship metrics, digital integration of systems, performance benchmarking, and employee training for retention and continuous improvement.
